We guarantee the quality of all our products. When you order from Qualinova Us, you are assured that our collagen products are of the highest quality. We ask that you notify us of problems within 30 days of receiving your order. Products returned and unopened are subject (in rare cases) to a restocking fee equal to the shipping cost provided in your order***. There are no returns or exchanges for free gift items.

In no event shall any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Qualinova Us. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.

Shipment information

We process and ship orders the same day if your order was placed before 12:00 p.m. CST. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed and shipped the next business day. * Orders will be processed and shipped during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm CST, excluding holidays). Qualinova Us is proud to offer free ground shipping for all orders shipped within Florida. We ship orders using FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Qualinova Us will determine the shipping carrier at the time of shipment based on the final destination to ensure your shipment arrives as quickly as possible.

Qualinova Us does not offer free shipping to the US at this time, but you can still order our products for an additional shipping cost. Shipping cost will be determined by your preferred carrier's standard rates.

Shipping times

Shipping times vary between carriers. Once again, Qualinova Us will choose the correct carrier to ensure your shipment arrives as quickly as possible based on your location. Shipping times after your package has been processed and shipped are as follows:

FedEx Ground contiguous US (4-5 business days after processing)

USPS Priority Mail (3 business days after processing) Note: We are unable to account for vendor or carrier delays that may occur tracking your package after your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing one or more tracking numbers and an indication of which shipping service was used.
